Saw two young kids skateboarding on the trail while running. One was sitting down, and the other was trying to Ollie a deck. He popped his board and sailed over his friends, landing it.
His friend started cheering, and I saw the most genuine look of happiness on the kid who just landed it. He jumped off his board, turned towards his friend when I came up behind him and tapped his shoulder.
He spun around scared, probably didn't even notice I was running towards him, and I held my fist out and said "nice." He fist bumped me, and I ran off yelling "Do it switch!" I hope that kid gets that stoked everyday with skateboarding.
